Chicago House Restoration
Victorian home in the Chicago area that was remodeled during the winter months. Project was to remove paint from wood ceiling beams, wood trim, and fireplace mantel and brick. Removal was of several different types of paint with the project being complete over the course of a week.
San Jacinto College Restoration
This large removal project was a 10 month, 90,000 sq. ft. removal of 6+ layers of paint on a vertical surface. SoyGel was used in two applications with out harming the stone work of the building.
