Under the leadership of manager Dan Brown, five individuals were selected to be a part of the exclusive Customer Service Team. Take a moment to meet your team:

Dan Brown, General Manager Dan Brown is a unique leader who served in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years, and then as a full-time pastor. When he joined Franmar, he felt he had finally found his calling. Dan enjoys woodworking, restoring old houses, spending time with his wife, sons, and grandchildren.

Meet our Customer Service Team

Kris Johnson-Zeimetz, Customer Service Team Leader Kris came to Franmar with a bachelors in education and 10 years of experience as a business owner. Her background led her to realize she enjoyed customer service functions, and that led her to Franmar.  We're thrilled to have her experience, education, and enthusiasm to lead our team.

Chris Lunn     From production, to accounting, to customer service - Chris has offered great value to Franmar over the years. And, because he has experience as both a massage therapist and a DJ, he's a multi-talented man adding even more value to Franmar!  Chris is married with two kids and enjoys exercising and motorcycles.

Duane McGee    Duane has become Franmar's woodworking expert, working shows and helping clients for years.  Prior to employment at Franmar, Duane spent 22 years in the U.S. Navy. He is currently completing studies to become a leader in his church, and as a family man enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and four grandchildren.

Stephenie Auth    After five months working in Franmar's warehouse, managers realized Stephenie was a natural fit for Franmar customer service.  When she's not working magic for Franmar customers, she's reading, listening to music with her two children and rooting for the Chicago Bears.

John Zschau John joined Franmar with 30+ years of customer service experience. He is an Illinois State Grad and a die hard Cub's Fan! Go Cubs! When not hard at work, John enjoys softball, snow skiing, golf and traveling with his wife Nayda.

Where Would We Be Without Marketing, Web, & Social Media?  Meet our team:

Jason Davenport After four years in the U.S. Marine Corps, Jason joined Franmar to do what he does best:  supporting all things IT and marketing. While his plate is full, Jason (aka "Captain J") manages to find time to enjoy life. He's a licensed private pilot who screen-prints, scuba dives, and plays video games.

Carrie Finson  Carrie found her passion for graphic design at Western Illinois University, from where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She has worked in various industries, including sign production, photography, customer service and gun magazine advertising. She enjoys the variety of responsibilities and opportunities at Franmar, assisting with many aspects of corporate marketing and promotion.
