We are an innovative company that has developed soybean based solutions which are effective, economical and safe. We've been leaders in the cleaning industry for 25 years, with over 43 products on the market used across 10 industries nationwide.  While our reach is extensive, we remain focused on our customers and our service.

How fast will I get my order?
Almost all orders are shipped the same day they are ordered.  Unless otherwise directed, 100% of all orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing the order.

What shipping method will be used?
Franmar's primary small package shipper is UPS.  Products are also safe for shipping through the U.S. Postal Service. Palletized orders are shipped via trustworthy, reliable freight companies.  The Franmar staff will compare several shipping quotes to ensure the lowest possible shipping service is used.

Can you accommodate international orders?
Absolutely!  Franmar works with several cartage and freight forwarding companies to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of international orders.  International customers can obtain prompt service through e-mail. Do you accept credit cards?
For your convenience, Franmar accepts the following major credit cards:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What if I am unsatisfied?
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a complete product refund within 30 days of receipt. See shipping and returns.

Are your products safe?
Yes.  Franmar's primary concern is producing worker/user safe products.  Franmar only uses the safest chemistry available to make its products.  Almost all of our products are made with natural American grown soy, and where soy is not the best solvent available, we find other safe solutions.  Some of our products are made with citrus, and one cleaning product is even made with a cleaning agent derived from pineapple.  All of our products are biodegradable.  Several of our products have received the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Design for the Environment (DfE) recognition. Do you have any online demonstrations I can view?
Some product demonstrations can be seen online or on YouTube.  You may also request a DVD by calling 1-800-538-5069.

Who can I contact if I have product questions?
Our Customer Service Department is always happy to help.
